Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged during transit or is defective, you may apply for a return.

  • Mismatch with Website Description/Images: If the delivered product does not match the description or image displayed on our website.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying materials (e.g., tags, certificates, etc.).

Approval Process
Once your return request is approved, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement product within 2-3 business days.

  • Deliver the replacement product within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will only be entertained before the item is shipped or dispatched.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be provided for returns approved due to damage, defect, or mismatch.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 2-3 business days and amount will be credited  in 7-10 days  to your original payment method.

How to Apply for a Return/Refund

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence of the issue (for damaged/defective products)

Additional Information

  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    Items that are custom-made, personalized, or fall under health and hygiene concerns (e.g., earrings unsealed post-delivery) are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Shipping Charges:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

Sale Items:
Products purchased during sales or promotional events are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
